Başkent EDAŞ, operating with its pioneering technologies and human-oriented approach, gathered with the Chairs and Vice Chairs of the Association of Headmen regarding the activities carried out as part of uninterrupted electricity distribution in Ankara.
Başkent EDAŞ held an information meeting with the Chairs and Vice Chairs of the Association of Headmen in the Central District of Ankara. The delegation consisting of the Chairs and Vice Chairs of the Elmadağ, Mamak, Yenimahalle and Keçiören Neighborhoods Association of Headmen, which are included in the responsibility area of Ankara Metropolitan Regional Directorate, gathered with Başkent EDAŞ officials and collected information about the activities of the company.
The managers and executives of Başkent EDAŞ attended the meeting held with the Chairs and Vice Chairs of the Association of Headmen at the Metropolitan Regional Directorate. The managers and executives of the company briefed about their roles and responsibilities at the beginning of the meeting, and Başkent EDAŞ officials had the opportunity to introduce the projects carried out in 2022 and inform about their plans regarding the grids, facilities and investments for 2023.
During the meeting, the headmen were informed about the activities regarding the power failures, repair and maintenance works as well as the energy distribution infrastructure investments and other planned investments in Ankara, while the headmen also shared the requests of other headmen who are members of the associations of the headmen. Ideas were exchanged regarding the solution suggestions for the requests conveyed. Following the meeting, the headmen thanked Başkent EDAŞ for their efforts.
Having the purpose of bringing customer satisfaction to a higher level via communication as well as feedbacks collected, Başkent EDAŞ carries the communication efforts with the headmen one step further with the WhatsApp hotline at 0312 186 00 00. Evaluating the demands conveyed by the headmen by holding regular meetings as part of the communication works carried out with the chairs of the headmen of the cities and districts regarding the works carried out in the region, Başkent EDAŞ will hold similar meetings until the end of the year.
